Matt is the Practice Director of Private Client Services for Level Four Financial. As Practice Director, he is responsible for connecting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional non-profits to customized financial solutions that can help them pursue their goals for themselves, their families, and communities.
Matt is proud to serve a diverse clientele of business owners (with succession planning strategies up to and through the sale or transition of their enterprise), professional athletes (active and retired), corporate executives (with equity-based compensation planning), entrepreneurs, and generations of families in Texas and more than 15 other states.
Matt provides his extensive experience and competencies in the areas of wealth structuring, investment and retirement planning, asset preservation, estate planning and tax-minimization strategies, risk management, specialized credit and banking services, and philanthropy.
Before joining Level Four, Matt was the Vice President and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank. Prior beginning his career in finance, Matt spent nine seasons playing professional baseball in the Chicago Cubs organization.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, graduating summa cum laude. He also holds an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Matt resides in North Dallas with his wife, Sara, their two young sons and German Shepherd. In addition to family-and-friend time, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services, and his high school’s baseball team.
