Jeffrey Brasse is a Wealth Advisor and LFCM Specialist with Level Four Advisory Services based in Melbourne, FL. He is a seasoned advisor with over 30 years in the industry and is dedicated to serving the needs of wealth management clients, with specialized experience with ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Jeff focuses his work on providing fiduciary solutions for his clients. He provides strategic delivery of financial planning, investment planning, income tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, business planning, and family needs planning. As the LFCM Specialist, he is the expert in his respective business unit for products and services that are marketed, delivered, and supported by Level Four Capital Management.
Before joining Level Four, Jeff worked in wealth management with ultra-high-net-worth clients within the bank's trust offices as a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager. On the institutional side of banks, he has experience as a Portfolio Manager, Mutual Fund manager, and Stock Analyst working with Foundations, Endowments, and Charitable organizations on the institutional side of banks. His past analytical roles have developed his ability to provide excellent guidance to his clients.
Jeff opened the Level Four Advisory Services branch office in Melbourne, Florida. He holds his Series 65 license and obtained a Master's in Finance at the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University.
He has been actively building strong relationships in the Melbourne market and is looking to make a positive impact. Giving back to his community is a priority for Jeff and he dedicates his spare time to volunteering. Jeff is on the Finance Committee at the Vero Beach Yacht Club and is the Treasurer for the Friends of the Spoil Islands (FOSI). He served for 13 years as a volunteer sworn Florida Law Enforcement Officer working mainly with the K-9 Unit. He and his wife, Traci, live in Vero Beach with their two rescue dogs, Zoe and Remi.
