David Pittinos was first registered in 1972 and has over 45 years of investment experience having held positions such as fixed income coordinator, institutional municipal bond specialist, branch manager, separate managed account specialist and financial advisor. David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant. To earn the CFP® designation, David had to complete an approved education program; pass a rigorous examination and meet stringent experience requirements. David also adheres to a professional core of ethics and fulfills annual continuing education requirements to remain aware of current planning strategies and financial trends. In addition, David is a Chartered Life Underwriter® . He has used this expertise to develop a special program that is designed for women in transition; divorcees, widows, or professionals changing employment.
David graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York with a BA in economics and history. He currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 8, and 63 registrations with LPL Financial as a registered representative, and holds Series 65 registration with Level Four Advisory Services, as an investment advisor representative. He is also insurance licensed. David is currently on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Martin and Palm Beach Counties and is past-chairman of the Board for the Council on Aging of Martin County. He is a graduate of the Leadership Martin County Program and is the Past President of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and the Florida Securities Dealers Association. David was a member of an NASD Business Conduct Committee and is an arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
David has lived in Stuart for over 17 years and is married to Lynn, who is a realtor with Prudential. They have four children who are spread out from South Carolina to California along with their nine grandchildren. David completed his first marathon at age 55 and is an avid golfer, tennis player and fisherman.
