Tom Cowen has been a financial and insurance professional for 23 years. Prior to joining Level Four in 2006, Tom was a registered representative for Prudential for 17 years. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from The American College and the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation from The College of Financial Planning.
As a Registered Representative of Harbor Financial Services, LLC and an Investment Advisor Representative of Level Four Advisory Services LLC, Tom holds FINRA series 6, 7 and 63 licenses (held with Harbor Financial Services, LLC) and he is licensed for Life, Health and Disability insurance in multiple states.
Tom provides financial planning to individuals and small businesses with a focus on wealth management, retirement income planning and estate planning.
Tom attended Rutgers University and is a veteran of the US Navy. He has a passion for golf and he umpires high school baseball and fast pitch softball. He resides in Hillsborough NJ with his wife Jeanette and their two children.
