Charles R. “Ray” Shimer III, CFA^®

Mr. Shimer is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Level Four Capital Management and has over 21 years of investment management experience. Mr. Shimer's primary responsibility as Senior Portfolio Manager is to oversee the firm’s suite of Asset Allocation models as well as being an integral part of the Portfolio Management team for all strategies. Mr. Shimer is a member of the Level Four^® Capital Management Investment Committee and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CFA Charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
